Suite Home would love to accommodate you for your stay of 30 days + in Chicago!

Please note, corporate housing differs from subletting an apartment or using an online booking service.


  • A particular building or apartment cannot be confirmed. We can arrange for you to have an apartment of a certain size (eg a studio or 1-bedroom apartment) and in a certain area, but due to our flexibility of notice to vacate, – which applies to your stay and also to the reservations preceding yours – we would not be able to confirm your address until a few days before arrival.


  • Summer is our busiest season, and we book solid every single year. For that reason, in order to make sure we can confirm an apartment for you we request that you reach out to us in early April for any summer bookings. We cannot book an apartment for you before that time, but if you wait until the summer months we most likely will not have anything available.


  • Pricing will vary based on location, building, length of stay, and seasonality. Pricing below is a guideline, and is not a guarantee of an available apartment at that rate. Rates are below are based on a stay of 30 days or more.


    • Studio apartments start at $110 per day
    1-Bedroom apartments start at $130 per day
    2-Bedroom apartments start at $250 per day

  • You may find that these rates are higher than it would be to rent an apartment for a year, or even to sublet from a private renter or owner. The reason for that is that Suite Home needs to rent apartments on a yearly basis, furnish them, cover all utilities and inclusions, and maintain a full staff for booking cleaning and constant upkeep. We also choose the best buildings in the most desirable locations in Chicago, which come at a premium.
