Suite Home is a Finalist for ASAP Serviced Apartment Award!
ASAP, The Associated of Serviced Apartment Providers, has unveiled their shortlist for all the different awards they are handing out this year. A record number of companies were shortlisted this year and come from all over the world. Nearly 100 companies, from 13 different countries, have been shortlisted to receive one of the 10 major awards ASAP gives out each year.
Suite Home Corporate Housing has been named a finalist for ASAP’s “Serviced Apartment Corporate Account Management Award,” and looks forward to facing off against other talented companies in the serviced apartments industry. This award is given to companies of any size and structure who are able to demonstrate excellent team-client relationships.
Jen Breen, Owner and President of Suite Home, was delighted when she found out the news on September 20 after ASAP revealed the finalists at their Institute of Directors networking event in London. “We were so happy to hear that we have been placed on the shortlist for this wonderful award,” she said. “We’re really looking forward seeing all of the other talented companies at this year’s ASAP Gala dinner in London.”
James Foice, CEO of ASAP, revealed the shortlist at ASAP’s autumn networking event on September 20 in London.
“It’s fantastic to have secured a record level of entries for our sixth ASAP Serviced Apartment Industry Awards,” said Foice. “It’s particularly exciting that we have companies from 13 different countries featuring on our 2018 shortlist – including Mexico, the Philippines, Korea and Singapore – which is a true reflection of the global reach and growth of our Association. And it’s tremendous that this year’s shortlist also features 21 companies who have entered our awards for the very first time.”
ASAP is a not-for-profit trade body currently representing serviced apartment operator and agent member companies in 19 countries, who collectively operate over 100,000 apartments and offer 3 million bed nights per year. The industry awards program is entering its sixth year in 2018, and boasts that the free-to-enter awards program aims to recognize excellence, innovation and best practice at individual, team and company level throughout the industry.
Suite Home Corporate Housing will be facing off against seven other finalists in their category and are hoping to show judges why their excellent team-client relationships are best of class in their industry.
Judges for the “Serviced Apartment Corporate Account Management Award” will be looking for:
● Evidence of strong team/client relationship
● Demonstration of growth through client engagement
● Mutual development via effective planning and delivery
● Future planning for the account – retention and innovation
Final judging is set to take place in October, and awards will be presented on December 6 at the ASAP Gala Dinner in London. The dinner is set to take place immediately following ASAP’s annual convention which takes place the same day.
